Salary: £26000 per annum


Job Type: Full Time and Permanent


Required Qualification & Experience:

  • Must have at least graduate-level qualifications and 1 year of experience of working at similar position.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and a confident user of MS Office.
  • You must have a flexible working attitude.


Required Language: Must be Fluent in English (written and spoken), An additional south Asian language would be an advantage.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Organizing meetings and managing databases, Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries of the customers.
  • Acting as first point of contact for enquiry, meetings and registering complaints / concerns of renters.
  • Maintaining records and customer accounts, Liaising with the BDM to implement business strategies and best administration practices.
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports for the management
  • Managing office budgets, Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages
