We will take your property to market by making sure the property is well photographed. We can advise on the correct decoration and furnishings to give your property the best chance of being matched with the right tenants. Your property will be listed on market-leading property portals, across our social media channels and we will reach out to our database of active tenants looking for a new home. After finding the right tenant, we undertake referencing including a credit check and we will secure a holding deposit. Once the tenant has moved in, the responsibility for the collection of rent, general maintenance and any issues arising will fall to you to sort out. Find out more. - Rent collection
This includes everything above with the addition of collecting the rent and chasing any rental arrears. Property inspections and maintenance issues will be your responsibility. Find out more. - Fully managed service
This includes everything detailed above as well as ensuring the upkeep of the property. From carrying our routine inspections, flagging repairs that need attention, and ensuring the necessary work is carried out by a licensed and qualified tradesperson, as well as arranging for payment to be made. Going one step further, we also offer a ‘Guaranteed Rent’ service where Heaven Estate Agents effectively becomes your tenant for the duration of our contract. We will make sure the rent is paid on time, every month, even if the property is unoccupied or the tenants miss a payment. We sub-let your property on your behalf, leaving you free to get on with your busy life in the knowledge that your property will be maintained to a high standard and you will have a guaranteed monthly rental income.
